Please take a moment to review these grant recognition guidelines with staff members who handle external marketing and communications for your organization. We encourage you to think of Interact for Health staff as a resource! Please feel free to contact us with questions or let us know if our team can support you. We are happy to work with you to produce or review materials, provide alternate versions of our logo, and brainstorm solutions for your communications needs.
For communications-related questions, please get in touch with Caroline Lembright, Director of Communications, at clembright@interactforhealth.org.
Interact for Health will work collaboratively with the grantee on the public announcement of the grant to news media and other external stakeholders and influencers. This may include development of a joint announcement communication or news release, key messages to be communicated as part of the announcement, and designation of spokespersons regarding the grant. Interact for Health will communicate the award through its own channels, including its website, social media, and Health Watch newsletter.
If you would like to opt-out of a grantee announcement and not have your organization mentioned publicly, please notify your program manager and Caroline Lembright. Please check with the Interact for Health communications team before announcing the grant for the first time. Aligning our timelines will make a bigger impact.
Interact for Health frequently utilizes social media and our blog to showcase the work of our partners through videos or feature articles. Our communications team may reach out regarding a spotlight opportunity, but please note that participation is not required.
When referring to Interact for Health, please do not shorten or use acronyms. Please use our full name: Interact for Health
