No Surprises Act

As part of the federal No Surprises Act, Interact for Health--which carries self-funded group insurance--is required to post a link to machine-readable files displaying in network and out of network costs via its health insurer, Humana.  The act also requires that an online cost estimation tool for 500 “shoppable” services be made available by Jan. 1, 2023, and for all services covered by Jan. 1, 2024.
