Updated Sept. 15
Like other organizations, Interact for Health has been forced to adapt because of the coronavirus pandemic. After canceling in-person spring classes at our Learning Center, we are pleased to resume classes online starting in September.
This fall the following courses will be presented virtually.
“These online classes will allow Interact for Health to continue its commitment to help nonprofits expand their capabilities, in a way that’s safe and healthy for both attendees and presenters,” said Rachel McKinney, Senior Director, Conference Center and Education.
The classes are free for associates of nonprofit agencies. Costs for each class are fully subsidized by Interact for Health for nonprofit agencies.
Visit our Learning Center web page to learn more and to register, and sign up to receive emails about these and other classes.
Interact for Health regularly conducts research and collects data in order to monitor and evaluate our region’s health status and to measure public opinions about health policy.
Our Health in Action stories highlight the innovative work our grantees are doing to help reduce tobacco use, address the opioid epidemic and ensure that children can access health care through school-based health centers. We also interview people working on those issues at other organizations across the country to learn what works for them.
